Notice of techUK Annual General Meeting 2022

The techUK Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022 will be held online at 12:30 on Tuesday 5 July. The agenda is here, and the audited accounts for 2021 are available at the bottom of the page here https://www.techuk.org/who-we-are/about-us.html.

techUK Member companies may put forward as many delegates as they wish to join the AGM, but please note that voting is restricted to the Authorised Representatives of Full Member Companies whose membership fees are paid up, or their proxy. A proxy may be, pursuant to clause 33.2 of the Articles of Association:

• Another employee of the Full Member Company (using Form of Proxy - Deputy);
• An employee of another Full Member Company (using Form of Proxy - Deputy); or
• The Chair of the meeting (using Form of Proxy - Chair).

Proxy forms have been sent by email to Authorised Representatives and can also be obtained from [email protected].

If you wish to attend the AGM please advise [email protected]. by noon on Tuesday 28 June 2022, and joining instructions will be emailed to you. 

If you wish to vote by proxy, please email your completed proxy form to [email protected] by noon on Tuesday 28 June 2022, and joining instructions will be emailed to your proxy. If you wish to return the proxy form by post please contact [email protected].

Any AOB is to be notified to [email protected] by noon on Tuesday 28 June 2022.
